Bellgrove Nextbike Station

Hello
Don't know if anyone else has noticed recently that people are using the Nextbike station at Bellgrove to park their own bikes? It's becoming an issue as there's not space to leave a bike and also means less Nextbikes can be stored.
Anyone else experiencing this? Is there the same problem at the parade station?
