Shops across from drygate on duke street

Hello,
I noticed today that there seems to be a re-fit in the shops across from drygate on duke street (below the Tennements) just before you get to the Duke Street Hotel. Does anyone know what's going in there?

Dunno, but when looking on the council planning website i saw the plans for the brewery office block, big changes planned! Big improvement.
