ground floor flat in Coventry Drive area

I am helping a retired couple who are looking for a ground floor flat to buy with front garden and patio doors( for pet) in Coventry Drive area ( red bricks small building). So any help would be appreciated if someone have suggestions. Thanks

Best suggestion is to let all the estate agents know what they are looking for and they can contact you or them when something becomes available. There is currently a 2 bed end of terrace on the market but the bedrooms are upstairs. Marketed by Countrywide on the Parade.

Thanks for your reply, I went to see a couple of estate agents but was hoping for a bit of local knowledge by a resident too as the area we are looking for is so small.
