There are free bounce and rhyme baby classes on at dennistoun library at 10:30 on a Monday or 1:30 on a Friday, this is singing nursery rhymes, reading stories to babies which they really love and a good way to meet other Mums. Toddler tales is also on on for older babies and toddlers i've started taking my own son to that now that he is running around it's on at 1pm on Monday and 10:30 on Friday. The library also has a breastfeeding group after these classes in a small room, you can also request to join baby massage course which is for babies under 6months and is provided free at the library but spaces are limited. Reidvale Playgroup do a free class called Zumbini which is suitable for babies in arms up until around 5 yrs old again this is free and is on a Wednesday & Thursday afternoon at RAPA on Garfield Street from around 1:15pm - they have a play ground which is free to use for babies and think its 50p for older children, they also have a free indoor softplay room/ballpit. THe Reidvale Centre also provides a room for Mums and Babies/Toddlers use on a Tuesday morning until around 1pm there are tons of toys, playmats etc in a cupboard and you just have to set out what you want and tidy them past when you finish, there's a cafe downstairs too. You can pay a donation of around £1 to go to the Parents and Toddlers group at the Salvation Army Hall on either a Tuesday or Thursday Morning from 08:30-12 and they have toys suitable for babies and toddlers just drop in for however long you feel. FInally whitehill pool have a baby pool, and swimming classes for babies are on a Wednesday at 1:30. Hope that helps!
