Who are the best Estate agents for
selling a flat in Dennistoun?
Any ideas of selling fees?

I couldn't recommend Alex from AB Properties enough! I think costs where £1000 all in but can't remember 100% on that. He sold our flat in 5 days! He knows the area well as he formerly worked for Allen&Harris. Good luck!

Countrywide Alexandra parade. Flat went to closing date within 5 days on sale. And got over the value.
