We regularly run pilates classes from our studio room, with all Covid Safety measures in place.
Small Group PT
This is designed to bring personal training to our clients at a lower cost. It includes 12x PT sessions in a group of no more than 4 3 x weekly. It will be the same PT who takes the sessions throughout your 4 weeks, and you will receive access to our nutritional guides outlining nutritional value and providing free recipe books.
Female 28 Day Challenge
This is a female only group PT. This will be taken by a female PT and you will train in our private gym facility in a group of no more than 4. You will receive 12 PT sessions 3x weekly with access to our online nutritional guidance, including free recipe books which are renewed monthly.
