Milnbank Housing Association was established in 1975 and manages 1687 homes for rent and factors 1106 owners.
The community based housing association employ more than 100 people and has two subsidiaries, Milnbank Community Enterprises which delivers community regeneration initiatives and Milnbank Property Services which delivers factoring services.

Haghill Primary School to be Demolished
The former Haghill Primary School in the East End is to be demolished and there is a proposal to build social housing in its place. The demolition of the building is scheduled to begin on 28 September.
