Sing to breathe group
We are a small Scottish charity who run sing to breathe groups for people with breathlessness mainly due to COPD/Asthma but we accept anyone who has breathlessness and would like to learn some breath control. We meet alternate Tuesday afternoons at Whitevale Bowling Club at 235 Whitehill Street from 2pm to 4pm. We are a fun/sociable group. we stop for tea/coffee and chat mid session. We would welcome anyone who would like to come along and join in a session to see what its all about.
