The dates for our sessions in 2023 so far are:

January 24th
February 7th and 21st
March 7th and 21st

2pm to 4pm

Reidvale Community Centre - Whitevale street Dennistoun.

A sing to breathe group for people with breathlessness that would like to learn some breath control.

We would like to welcome new members. We can arrange community transport in the form of a minibus if a few people need this.
