A sing to breathe group for people with breathlessness that would like to learn some breath control.

Alternate Tuesday's 2pm - 3:30pm

Update 1/11/2022: Open Session

Our session on 13th December will be open to anyone who would like to attend and join in singing some christmas songs and having a fun afternoon. We will have tea/coffee and mincepies at break. Join us in Reidvale Community Centre main hall for christmas fun,and laughter, singing christmas songs and tea/coffee mincepies and a chat 2pm to 4pm.
