Has anyone managed to actually speak to someone there on the phone? I've trying all day as I need things redelivered. Ive not been able to do it online as it keep getting a message saying theres a technical glitch. The number I have been trying is 01416 466 004

Well it was too good to be true. Went to pick my parcels up which had been arranged to arrive on Monday and they're not there!

If only Id called this number days ago! For anyone else using it, press options 2,4,1 and they can sort redelivery for you - lets hope it works!
