Door entry time clock

Hi anyone know how to get a key for the cabinet that hold's the door entry 'Service button' timer?
We got ours changed recently for the post office changed (another Factor's bill - thanks post office Shettleston area)it was changed to 9am-12noon (Open almost all day!) now with the clock change 10am-1pm. I would imagine it is a standard key one fit's all thing.
Anyone any idea?
