Much the same as others having problems with reception in home and inspired by comments i too called cs. predictably lost signal 3 times!!! after a 15 minute wait got through. was told they are working on mast , should be fixed by end of month. was offered a mini mast free wich connects to your broadband router claims to stop problems... watch this space. ...on pushing further was offered a refund of £ 31 pounds off my next bill

I too have had signal interrupted for the past three weeks. I live at top end of Dennistoun near motorway I thought it was my phone. Have been to the shop at Fort and Forge and they have had a look at it taken off the back taken out the battery and card and said it will be all right now. Home again - zilch both times. Now I know its not just me.  Obviously shops know what is going on but not saying. Extremely bad service indeed.
