Incident on Duke Street on Tuesday

Anyone know what happened outside Archies Newsagents on Tuesday? Â Police cordoned it off.

Yes even I noticed that while walking to work, I noticed a white cloth with red spots beside the police man wonder if its blood, in fact I searched every news website for couple of days but couldn't find any info perhaps it's couldn't be serious.

Someone came running up Thomson Street screaming that he had been hit with an axe. He made his way along to near the top of Garfield Street. This was about 5.30/6.00 am if this is the same incident....
