Not sure I follow.

You're able to receive tv via a portable aerial (as do I, and it's been fine recently), but not by other means?

That suggests that the other means are either a communal building aerial (which may be defective, but wouldn't affect other people 'in the area'), a sky dish signal (does this ever happen? - feels like it'd affect everyone in the UK, and beyond and be headline news), or a virgin cable connection (possible, but probably best to call to see what they say, although - our virgin cable internet has been uninterrupted).

I've noticed a lot of my freeview channels have been getting a really weak signal. Heard that it could be to do with the relocation of masts from the high flats in Whitevale.

i received a leaflet through the post today saying there may be problems with Freeview due to 4G services being introduced in the area and theis being on similar frequency to Freeview, could it be this?

Search for at800.tv for more information?

I've been having reception problems too, thought it was just my scart receiver.
