Where are people getting there new windows from? I have seen new windows being put in all over and wanted to get a quote but don't know who's decently priced..

Try www.windowadvicecentre.co.uk/I did and very pleased with the outcome. They are an independent body who source the best price and save you dealing with double glazing companies directly, so no hard sell. And they are free!!
