Suspicious Survey Person

Did anyone answer their door today to find a female, dark hair tied back, 40's, English accent, claiming she was carrying out a survey of 25-34 years olds? No ID, no business attire/branded uniform and no paperwork. Very short denim skirt and pink top.

So, no one has seen this woman and no one has completed her survey?
