Fires in the bottles bins

What on earth is going on in Armadale Street bottle bins??? Which numpty thinks it's ok to stick their rubbish in the bottle bin for an even bigger numpty to come along and set it on fire? Got woken up for the 2nd time in a fortnight with the firemen wasting their time putting out a deliberate fire. It's not on. I hope the fire service report it to the police and whoever it is gets caught and punished. Appalling behaviour.

This has been going on for years. My friend lived there for about 3 years, 2 years ago and while she was there it was a regular occurrence. They should just remove the things!

Stick a camera up and get these inconsiderate idiots caught. Why should we do without a bottle bin? People like me use it regularly and I don't want a service taken away just because a few neanderthals think it's fine to do this sort of thing.
I really don't know what's happening to this neighbourhood at times.
Where has the respect gone?

Here's an idea that might help - GCC could start doing backcourt glass recycling? Really don't understand why they don't do it already. I've lived in local authorities where you just put everything out in one box (glass, tins, batteries, textiles, cardboard, paper, plastics ...) and they sort it.

The bins are away :(
Doesn't stop the plonkers leaving bags of bottles beside the remaining clothes bin though.
