Who owns the old Park Lodge on Ally Parade

Hi
Does anyone know who owns the building opposite WASPS on Ally Parade? It used to be Park Lodge Tanning Salon but I think it's a few years since it closed. I'd like to get in touch with the owner but I'm not sure how to. Any ideas?
Thanks,
Anne

Hum..the plans are a bit rough and it looks like some seriously Building Warrrant delays...I wouldn't hold yer breath!

Have now seen workers on this site - so something is afoot. The planning restrictions on this approval, trying to negate the 'hostel use' route, will be easy to overcome. Parade to get a 30 bed hostel within 6 months me thinks...

reading the article and the imposed conditions I might now be able to guess why, one year later, there still does not seem any progress on this project.

Cameron Khan and Noor Hassain or combination of various other names used on documents. My guess - a DSS Hostel type thing:

It was the former rangers player Kia Johannson who owned it. He sadly died a few years ago.

I heard it was being done up as a hotel for the Commonwealth Games. Â Sorry, don't know who owns it.
