Double Glazing repairs

Can anyone recommend someone who could repair my bathroom tilt and turn window. It doesn't seem to be locking properly. I'm only available after 4:30pm or weekends and everyone I have tried so far closes at 4pm and won't come out!

Hi. im a time served glazier based in dennistoun, i will certainly have a look, it may well be the mechanism is stuck between the tilt and open position,a common fault in tilt and turns.
