Flat purchase in Dennistoun

I purchased a new build 2 bedroom flat in Alexandra Parade 7 years ago for my student daughter and she has never had any problems staying there - in fact she will be sorry to leave. Anything that needed fixed is attended to promptly after reporting it to Factors. Very safe, great transport and shops. I'm planning selling this year and have a potential buyer lined up. Would recommend this area.
