freezer repair

Hi can anyone recommend someone who could have a look at my freezer door which isn't staying shut.

it may be just a build up of ice,empty your freezer put the contents in your fridge, boil water put in a pot/container, close your door keep a chair or something to keep the door shut as much as possible dont be tempted to use something to chip the ice away if it is a build up of ice.That should solve the problem.Dont forget to put old towels down to soak up the waater

Thanks for the tips, unfortunately it's a frost free freezer so no ice at all.
