That's our speed too! We've got a dozen or so different routes, all about that distance or a little longer. Next run 24 July.

Is it a fast four miles!? I'm able to run 3 miles in around 33 minutes and am worried if I came along I'd run too fast to keep up and not manage the whole distance or get left behind!! What route do you normally do?

the network is still on the go. Thursday nights at 630 outside Whitehill Pool. Next run is 26 June.

Hi,
There were only a few of us going out on a Thursday night for about 4 miles. Â I have been unable to attend for a few weeks, but hopefully it is still going and Tenker will see your post. Â I hope to get back to it later in the summer.

Hey how many miles do yous do a night! Can i join even if im a 1st timer :)trying to keep fit,but don't really like classes,prefer power walking and short distance running.
