TV engineer

Can anyone recommend a good TV engineer? I have Virgin media broadband, and have recently tried to plug in a TV to get Freeview, but  it's coming up with 'No DVB service found, please check aerial or local DVB service availability.'  I know it's not the telly as it was working fine in a different flat, so must be something to do with the ariel.
