Selling on the parade

Could anyone recommend an estate agent to handle the sale of our flat on the parade? We need to move early next year and I guess its bad timing over Christmas.

Unless anyone wants to save us the hassle and buy it ;)

Countrywide and Slater Hogg, both have offices on the Parade and know the local area and who is interested in buying there.

A lot of house sales in Dennistoun recently, but prices are a bit depressed still. Dennistoun Village flats are well below purchase prices (selling for around £105k), mostly due to problems with the Hillfoot Street fire and high insurance premiums. Prices in the new flats near the Hospital are also still below peak. The tenement style flats are selling better and holding value.
