Hillfoot Street fire restoration

Hi, does anyone know what is happening with the restoration work for the flats destroyed in the Hillfoot Street fire last year? Is that the restoration completed? Are the old residents moving back in, or are they now being sold off/re-rented back out?

it looks to me like they are moving back in. slowely i notice thier bedroom lights are on during the night and i dont see anymore work getting done
