can anyone recomend a good hypnotherapist, i am trying to stop smoking, tried the e cigs, theyre not helping, plus im becoming addicted to them, would be grateful for any help

tried to contact sarah bartlett via e mail, had no reply. I will make enquiries re support group, but would much rather some sort of recommendation for a hypnotherapist, thanks all.

The NHS offers a free 12-week smoking cessation service through pharmacies. There's also free support group sessions available. Speak to your pharmacist for more details.

An accredited hypnotherapist named Sarah Bartlett lived in Dennistoun a couple of years ago, but I'm not sure if that's still the case. She's easily traced online.

Hi, can't help with hypnotherapist, but I stopped 3 years ago after donkey's years of smoking with Champex tablets. I got them through the GP, and was sent to see an adviser while stopping, and that helped to keep me going. Some people say terrible side effects with Champex, but I didn't have any. I got off them as soon as I could, but they really did help, especially at the beginning of stopping. You still need willpower and a bit of determination of-course. Good luck anyway. I know how hard it is to stop.
