Tabby/white cat at East end of Onslow Drive

Hello,
There's a cat miaowing constantly at my back window most nights and in the early hours.
I think it's male, it's tabby with white mouth, chest and paws.
When I go to the window it runs away, still miaowing.
This has been happening for a little over a month. Does anyone know if it's a new cat to the area, or if it's lost, because I'm getting concerned for him in this weather if he's lost.

Hi Anon. There's a tabby lives in the corner close in Ingleby Drive which causes havoc with my 2 ginger and white cats! Might be him.

Could belong to someone in the close and he's just meowing to get in. If you're concerned, phone the SSPCA.
