In search of recommendations for a window cleaner. Looking for them to been done once a month. Would like them to be clean inside and out. Thanks in advance.

I've had no joy getting through to Shine Scotland on the phone or online for a few weeks now looking for a quote. I thought someone local would be preferable, but they're playing hard-to-get!
