Woman dumping Bin Bag

Hi All,
I live on Westercraigs and for the second time in the last month I have noticed a woman at around 7:45am loitering around the alley between westercraigs court and criagpark dirve. She seems to wait until she thinks no one is looking and then dumps a bin bag in the alley behind the post office. I am planning to inform the police as it seems a bit suspect. Just looking to see if anyone else had noticed this?

In Annfield Place you mean? Sounds like one for Community Safety rather than the police -www.saferglasgow.com
