Crack in Bay Window

Hi,
Wondered if anyone has recommendation or used structural engineer in dennistoun before and what cost may be for inspection of bay window - have noticed a crack in ceiling and walls at bay window opening - we are on a top floor.

Not sure about a structural engineer, but sounds like it could be failure of the bressumer beam which spans the bay window above. This is a communal problem as its a key part of the structure so worth speaking to your factor if you have one. Also worth having a look in your roof space as the condition of the beam should be visible. If it's been affected by rot or other decay it is worth getting it replaced quickly as it will only spread and get increasingly costly over time.
