hi, I know this was posted about a while back but im not sure what the outcome was! we have an issue with a neighbours kid about 16 smoking(not just cigs) and loitering about in the close. they are nothing but a nuisance and are frightening my family when they visit, I have to ask them to move to take bin out they are there every day, leaving litter and basically stinking the close out, very intimidating and I know the other neighbours are sick of it. is 101 the best to call

I've posted about this in the past. Luckily at the moment it isn't too bad, but it still hasn't stopped completely. Absolutely contact 101. I also contacted my factors and also my local Councillor.
Its awful to have to live with this. I constantly worry about what I'm coming home to, what could happen when I'm away and if I say anything to them am I going to get abuse off them. To be frightened in your own home is a horrible way to live. You have my sympathies.

At Community Council meetings the police advise calling 101 in these circumstances. If you want to send a message with your address to the community council website we'll raise this with them at the June meeting as well.
