if I found out who did that to the car I would buy them a pint, it made my day and gave me a laugh, only the lowest of the low would park their nice big fancy car in a disabled spot when they can walk fine, the car owner was just lucky it was post it notes instead of a pot of paint.
pity no-one took a video clip of the driver returning so we could see what he looked like and his reaction to the post it notes - I bet it was priceless
