Onslow Square

I have raised this on the forum before; the square is not a designated dog toilet indeed Glasgow council informed me that there is only one such utility in the West End of Glasgow of a historical nature . The square was "improved" by Glasgow Housing Association to create a community space with the agreement of the surrounding properties which still hold the feu for this land . It was immediately appropriated by an element of the dog walking community but it is for the use of all and if there is a degree of ignorance in their use of it this can be reported to the council through the regular channels . I did note the large gatherings of both people and animals over recent weeks , and noise can be an issue to surrounding homes but hopefully this is only a rarity and the raising of these issues on this forum will address the same . I also am a dog owner and like to think a responsible one too .
