Craigpark Post Office

Went to collect a parcel from Craigpark Post Office today but they were shut! PO website says they are open until 2.30
This is just one part of a shambolic litany of events caused by my foolish attempt to actually buy something off the internet...

Was it definitely the right post office? One mistake I've made before was thinking that the Craigpark post office is the one on Annfield Place, but that's actually the Duke Street branch. The Craigpark one is on Alexandra Parade. It made for a rather embarrassing moment of realisation during a heated debate on the whereabouts of my parcel!

That's exactly what happened! I thought Duke St was Craigpark and went there first! Still, Craigpark were supposed to be open but they were shut. I miss the old parcel depot down by st Mungos!
