Does anyone remember my Dad?

Hi,
My Dad John Paterson lived in Dennistoun, he was born in 1934 and lived there until the 1950s (I think). He went to Whitehill Senior Secondary and left in 1949, then apprentice/worked as a compositor before national service. His Mum was Annabella (nee McLachlan) and his Dad William, he had younger siblings Jim and Arlene. The family moved to the Milton in the 50s. My Dad died in 1983 so just wanted to find someone who remembers him. Know it's a long shot!

Hello I knew a Jim Paterson and his sister Nancy, lived on Duke street just past Coia's cafe, may be related.

Thanks. Not the same family I'm afraid, there was only my Dad (born 1934), Arlene (1937) and Jim (1940). Arlene married a US serviceman in 1956 and emigrated. Jim married in 1960 and moved to Grangemouth. My Dad married my Mum in 1968 and left Glasgow about 1970.
