I'm not sure if this is the same teacher but I went to haghill from 1963to 1970 &we called him wee pop. He seemed ancient to us as I'm sure anyone over 30 seemed. I can't remember his name but it will come back to me eventually! I'm not sure if it was Mr Murphy . I have the class photo but don't know if it can be uploaded here. I seem to remember he was quite keen on the belt.
