I lived in 591 Duke Street, then 150 Roebank Street as a child (1940-55).
Does anyone remember Miss Wilson, teacher and Holy Terror at Alexandra Parade Primary?
I used Whitevale Baths and was a member of Dennistoun Private Baths. Does anyone know if the latter become Whitehill Pool and if so, why and when?

Dennisoun Private Baths is now The Masters Snooker Club, Whitehill pool is build over Meadowpark Street and on the grounds of Onslow Drive School.

I grew up on Walter st 1945-1965 went to Haghill school

Hi Jean my wife went to Haghill too Jeniffer Robertson she had a wee sister Anne yer auld scool has bushes and trees growing out it !! quite sad to see cheers Joe
