Swing Park in Edmund St

Does anyone know how long the swing park in Edmund st was there? I played in it in the 50's and I'm wondering if my grandmother, who lived in Edmund St in 1905 would also have played in it.

Hi Jeannette the swing park was opened between 1913 and 1933 iff you contact the Mitchel library for more info

Believe there was only one entrance to swings,but it backed onto Eveline st.On a hill..I could be wrong but that's what I recall.

the gate was on high Edmund st just accross from the clayhill Nancy cheers Joe
