Does anyone know about the new steak place opening in the old Bank of Scotland?

Meatlicious or something? Just says opening "soon" but has said that for a wee while.

Surely someone isn't daft enough to open a burger place right next door to a very successful burger place! It would be great if it was a nice restaurant rather than fast food
