Whats going on at the corner of Wishart street/Alexandra Parade.
Seen a tractor and a spot of digging.

They are preparing the ground work for flats.

I'm not sure that it is for flats, there was a planning application for a digital advertising board and landscaping of the corner.

Yeah, i'd assume its for the advertising board that was granted planning. Area around also to be landscaped.

Has that beacon/signboard been turned off? Havent seen it working in a while.
